Tamara Rodman is part of Korn Ferry’s Culture, Change and Communications team. 

Working at the intersection of communications, HR and marketing, Tamara has more than 20 years of experience spanning organizational purpose, vision and culture; executive branding, positioning, communications and thought leadership; internal marketing, employee value proposition and employer branding; corporate communications optimization and culture transformation.

Tamara draws on her journalism experience to help clients tell radically human stories that spark movements. She is a certified executive coach who specializes in helping communications and marketing executives level up their leadership and equipping leaders from all disciplines to communicate with clarity and conviction.

Tamara’s work has earned top-tier industry recognition from SABRE Awards, IABC Gold Quill, PRWeek and Nielsen Norman Group.

Tamara joined Korn Ferry in 2021 from Edelman, the world’s largest communications firm. A senior leader with the agency’s Employee Experience practice for more than 15 years, Tamara led hundreds of client engagements across numerous industries. Before that, Tamara worked in global communications at Whirlpool Corporation. She started her career as a reporter at the Herald-Palladium in St. Joseph, Mich.

Tamara graduated summa cum laude on full academic scholarship from Western Michigan University with a B.A. in public relations and a minor in Spanish. She completed her graduate coaching certification through UC Berkeley’s Executive Coaching Institute at the Haas School of Business.
