Stephen has been working in recruitment and executive search for 15 years during which time he has developed a proven reputation for delivering practical, focused executive search solutions globally for some of the Life Science industry’s most respected and innovative names.
Stephen has successfully conducted search across a broad spectrum of functions including Manufacturing & Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing Sciences and Technology and Quality.
Stephen has also worked to appoint senior executives in several promising clinical stage Life Science companies both in the US and Ireland who were focused on building out their leadership teams.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2018, Stephen established and ran a boutique executive search firm with a focus on senior level appointments in Manufacturing, Technical Operations and Supply Chain globally in Life Sciences.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Stephen was the Operations Director for a growing recruitment firm with responsibility for the evolution and development of the Irish Life Science retained search practice.
