Mr. Schnijderberg is an experienced international HR consultant, account executive, commercial and solution leader that works with global clients that leverage Korn Ferry’s intellectual property, data & analytics, to attract, engage, reward, develop and retain best in class talent.

Having worked with clients in a great variety of industries, Mr. Schnijderberg has deep experience working with clients in Industrial &  Manufacturing, FMCG and Global Supply Chain

His experience includes delivering results for clients to optimize their people & organizational strategy through innovative employee listening and experience programs, optimizing ROI through performance driven Total Reward programs, and leveraging world-class IP to develop career architectures that drive organizational performance and help organizations exceed their potential.

Maastricht University (Netherlands) has awarded Mr Schnijderberg a Masters Degree in International Business and Organizational Change and he has obtained a Bachelor Degree in International Business & Management from Zuyd University (Netherlands).
