Nico is a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry's Advisory practice based in the firm's Brussels Office ( Belgium).

Nico has over fifteen years of experience advising clients on organization and people strategy and performance. His work focuses on prioritizing and clarifying key business challenges and on design, evaluation and implementation of new organizational and people strategies.

Some of his recent client work includes design of blueprint organizational structure and roles in the consumer industry and for a renowned research institute, HR roadmap and talent strategy design for a large industrial player across its European operations, redesign of the global high potential leadership development programs for a Bel-20 organization to accelerate development of future leaders, and design of a new group bonus plan for senior management of a fast-growing family-owned business in the food industry.

Nico's expertise in people and organization advisory encompasses strategy execution, post-merger integration, operating model and organizational design, talent strategy/management, succession management, compensation & benefits, reward strategy, performance management, work measurement, job analysis and design, assessment, coaching and employee engagement.

Nico is energized by cutting through complexity and by creating impact through building organizational and people capability. In his advisory work, he seeks close partnerships with client organizations and colleagues in order to maximize synergies.

Within Korn Ferry, Nico has assumed various leadership roles and has build extensive experience as a business and people leader serving as a member of the Benelux Advisory management team.

Nico has lived and worked with Korn Ferry in China and Hong Kong. His experience covers working with organizations in both mature and fast-growing markets, across various sectors.

Nico holds a Master degree in Applied Economic Sciences from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), Belgium, as well as a Master degree in International Business Economics from KUL and Sorbonne University, Paris, France.

Nico is a native Dutch and French speaker and is fluent in English, with notions of German and Spanish.
