With 25 years of professional experience, 18 of which as Talent Management consultant, she has an extensive experience in Executive Search.

Ms. Branquinho is part of the firm's financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, media and information technology markets and focuses on in the coordination and execution of chief executive and senior level assignments across different sectors such as sectors. She has also developed leadership advisory projects including talent management and assessment of senior executives, among others.

Ms. Branquinho was part of the team that embraced the challenge of launching one of the big 5 executive search firms in the Portuguese market, acting as Partner in Charge of the Portuguese operation in the last 5 years.

During her career, Mariana had the opportunity to work with the majority of companies listed in the Portuguese Stock Exchange Market, a large number of multinational companies with operations in Portugal and a large number of Portuguese privately held companies.

Prior to starting her experience in Executive Search and Talent Management in September 1997, Ms. Branquinho lived 2 years in the United States, where she worked for a small Consulting office in Los Angeles, specialized in finance and legal advisory. She previously worked for Procter & Gamble in Portugal as controller, having started her career in Price Waterhouse working as an auditor.

She is fluent in Portuguese and English, with working knowledge of Spanish and French.

Ms. Branquinho holds a business administration degree with special emphasis on finance from the Catholic University of Lisbon.

She is Member of the Board of PWN, a non-profit offline and online networking and leadership development platform for professional women of all sectors and industries.
