Marady focuses on growing the Culture, Change, and Communications practice and leads multiple delivery engagements in Organization Strategy at Korn Ferry, specializing in agile change, change leadership, culture, M&A and large-scale operational  transformation, and executive coaching.

Her personal purpose is to connect people with the world of ideas so we can manifest positive action for good in work and in life. Using an empathetic and agile change leadership approach, Marady helps global leaders and teams solve complex challenges in thoughtful ways that consider where people are at now and where they want to go in the future.

Marady has over 30 years of transformation leadership experience as a brand and change practice lead at top consulting firms; was a creative show producer and innovation program manager developing international theme parks with Walt Disney Imagineering; and led multiple projects and mergers in the technology, biotech, life sciences, health care, environmental and entertainment industries. She is an expert facilitator experienced in design thinking and was a change lead in several mergers, notably Harrah’s-Caesar’s, Roche-Genentech, and Applied Biosystems-Invitrogen.

Marady led teams creating all types of organizational change, including culture, mindset, process, job role, reorg, sales optimization, and new ways of working. She has extensive portfolio governance and integrated project and change management infrastructure experience. Marady set-up change / transformation management offices for Genentech’s ARIS safety and commercial Patient Access programs, the Presidio Trust, and the University of Maryland Medical System, including change training, intake, assessment, teams, toolkits and templates.

Marady completed MA coursework in Philosophy and Religion with the CA Institute of Integral Studies and holds a BA in Political, Legal & Economic Analysis with an Environmental Studies minor from Mills College and a Certificate in Integrated Waste Management from SF State University. She is a published thought leader and workshop facilitator.

She is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Wrong Thinker, and TILT Coach; and a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and Enterprise Change Manager. In her volunteer capacity, she serves as a Mentor for LookUp Live’s Social Innovation teams, who are youth working toward more humane and balanced digital engagement.
