Associate Client Partner, Head of Reward Advisory Practice

Leigh Eintoft is an Associate Client Partner heading Korn Ferry’s Danish Reward Advisory Practice in Copenhagen.

Mrs. Eintoft has 20+ years’ reward management experience. She headed the reward function at several major European listed companies (FTSE 100, Fortune 500 and Euronext AEX) including A.P. Moller-Maersk, RSA Insurance Group, Sainsbury’s, and AkzoNobel.

She has advised Remuneration Committees, CHROs and executive teams on developing and executing effective compensation strategies. Often, this was during times of organizational change and transformation.

Mrs. Eintoft places emphasis on delivering pragmatic client solutions. She balances extensive technical understanding with a user-friendly style.

Mrs. Eintoft’s expertise is pre-eminent in the Danish market – founded on a combination and breadth of industry, country and HR knowledge.

Mrs. Eintoft focuses on developing fit-for-purpose reward strategies, helping companies navigate changing landscapes regarding pay, benefits and incentives, advising Remuneration Committees, shareholder groups and regulatory bodies, designing short and long-term incentives, assessing C-suite / executive compensation terms, and building reward management capability in functional leads and their teams

Mrs. Eintoft designed the Reward Academy for Copenhagen Business School – a high impact leadership programme on executive compensation. It has been successfully running since 2018.

She is part of a network of executive compensation consultants within Korn Ferry.
