Prior to joining the Lucas Group’s contract Accounting and Finance division in 2021, Jarrett had more than ten years of professional recruiting experience in a variety of industries throughout New Mexico and Colorado. 

Jarrett attended California State University Long Beach and Brooks College, majoring in graphic design and video production. Since joining the recruiting field years ago, he has taken many local and out-of-state training courses to keep up to date on HR laws and issues. He also has regular sales and marketing training.

In his career, he has won numerous company-wide awards for top recruitment/placement, recruiter of the year, and exceeding his yearly goals. Outside of work, Jarrett enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, live music, camping, and snowboarding.
