Gin has over 12 years of search experience across Greater China, with 6 years in Shanghai and 6 years in Hong Kong. Gin started off her search career in 2010 with an internationally recognized brand with over 6,000 staff globally. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, was the Managing Director of a boutique firm with over 1,000 people globally.

Gin’s experience spans across Financial Services, Real Estate and Technology. In the past 12 years, Gin has successfully delivered on roles ranging from VPs to Country/Regional Level C-Suites.

Gin holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Fudan University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine.

Fluent in English, Mandarin and proficient in Cantonese. Gin is originally from the Bay Area and has lived in Orange County, California. She moved to Shanghai in 2008 and has been based in Hong Kong since 2016.
