Ms. Ramsauer is a member of the Global Industrial Markets Practice, focusing on assignments on first and second management level in the sectors Automotive and Diversified Manufacturing.

Before joining Korn Ferry in May 2016, she was Partner at a major executive search firm for almost nine years. She started her professional career at the British Telecom Group, where she was working in Sales, Strategy and HR for the Enterprise Divison. She started her career in the Executive Search business as of 2007.

Her clients are large corporations as well as medium-sized companies. She gained excellent and broad experience in executive search and therefore she has in-depth market know-how.

Ms. Ramsauer has a master's degree in business administration and economics from the University of Passau, Germany. In addition to  her university education she worked for an international Executive Search firm in Munich.

She is fluent in German and in English.
