Mr. Rossi brings over 30 years of professional experience to Korn Ferry.  Prior to his current role, he served as a managing director for one of the world's largest management consulting firms.

Mr. Rossi began his career as a commissioned officer and helicopter pilot in the United States Army.  Following his military service, he worked in manufacturing leadership for General Foods.

Previously, he led management consulting for Accenture's North American Resources practice where he focused primarily on chemicals, metals, mining and forest products clients.  Earlier, he served as the global segment lead for Natural Resources.

After receiving his advanced degree, Mr. Rossi focused the next three decades in professional service at Arthur D. Little, Accenture and Korn Ferry where he focused on strategy, operations, supply chain and talent consulting for a wide range of industrial clients.

Mr. Rossi earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University and his BS from the United States Military Academy.
