Dan Moynihan is a Associate Client Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm's New York office.

Dan Moynihan works to clarify client compensation and human resource objectives, developing programs that maximize their resources and existing infrastructure. Responsibilities include the design and development of executive compensation programs to help drive attraction, motivation, and retention of key personnel.

Dan Moynihan advises Boards and executive management at a number of public and private companies in luxury retail, consumer products, technology, insurance, and industrial sectors. He also works closely with private equity firms and their portfolio companies on pre-IPO related issues.

Dan Moynihan's expertise includes executive compensation, equity planning, incentive compensation, compliance, and performance-based pay programs. He has helped clients navigate issues including the valuation of different long-term incentive vehicles, risk assessment, equity allocation and competitive evaluation of executive and board pay.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, he was a partner in a regional compensation boutique for over 15 years. In addition to running day to day operations at Compensation Resources, Inc., his time was spent on executive compensation, sales compensation, and broad based reward programs for emerging and middle market organizations.

Dan Moynihan holds an masters of business administration in management from Montclair State University, and a bachelors of art in economics/business administration from Ursinus College.

He has earned his Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP) and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork.
