Charlie Dorrier is an Associate Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Global Sales and Service Practice, with a focus on helping clients adapt to an ever-changing selling landscape.

Charlie brings over 15 years of experience partnering with sales and marketing leaders to accelerate sales productivity – he has a passion for building better sales process, finding hidden insights in sales talent data, and uncovering opportunities where sales can grow top line revenue more quickly.

Charlie worked alongside a global leader at a multinational energy company to roll out sales process initiatives in five different countries.

He led a new sales methodology and coaching program at large hardware manufacturer for over 3,000 salespeople.

Charlie’s cross-industry experience is with large and mid-size clients across the following sectors: industrial manufacturing, software and technology, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Charlie worked at CEB, Gartner, Challenger, and Forrester, where he led client engagement teams in delivering sales effectiveness programs.

Charlie holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics and Spanish from The University of Virginia.
