Charles has developed a Global reputation for collaborating with clients to build creative solutions to complex talent challenges in technology, digital, data & analytics, and cybersecurity, at the mid to senior level across multiple industries including financial services, professional services and public sector.
Charles also has extensive experience in helping tech startup founders and scaling organisations manage the talent challenges and opportunities that come with rapid growth.
He provides guidance on talent acquisition and leadership to ensure companies build strong executive teams that drive innovation and growth while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion. With his deep understanding of the technology industry and expertise in executive search, Charles is a trusted advisor to many startup founders and executives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Charles spent 15 years working for boutique executive search firms in both Australia and the UK, leading local and international assignments in technology and digital for a diverse range of clients across a range of leadership roles.
In parallel to his search role, Charles is also a certified executive coach.
