He brings more than fifteen years experience in talent attraction and acquisition across Europe and Latin America, with a strong emphasis in Engineering and Consumer. Previously he worked for six years as an engineer for the world’s largest construction company.

He supports a wide range of clients by leading Senior Management through to C-level search assignments for FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Retail, Manufacturing and Logistics companies.  He also specializes in searches of Sales & Marketing professionals.

Due to his previous experience as engineer he also provides added value in Construction & Engineering companies.

Additionally Carlos is teacher and member of the HR Advisory Board at EAE Business School.

Carlos holds a Master in Sales & Marketing and is Technical Engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.

Carlos is native Spanish, fluent English and  intermediate French.
