Brooke began her career with a Fortune 500 company where she spent five years in retail management. During this time, she was quickly promoted and consistently recognized for hiring and training top talent. Her skill in interviewing, hiring, training and managing teams ranging in size from 4-18 members led to her desire to pursue a career in executive Recruiting.

Brooke joined Lucas Group, now a Korn Ferry company, in 2016 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Accounting & Finance practice group. Over the years, she has climbed the ranks achieving several awards and recognitions for her performance. Thorough and enthusiastic, she is highly concerned about the customer experience for both her candidates and clients and ensures a seamless process from start to finish. By helping candidates make strategic career upgrades while finding the right fit for her clients, Brooke strives to make a positive, lasting impact on both parties.

Brooke holds a B.S. in Management from Purdue University.
