Brittney joined Lucas Group, a Korn Ferry Company in April 2018 as an Executive Search Consultant in the Human Resources practice. After being promoted three times in 4 years she currently serves as an Executive Senior Partner in Korn Ferry’s Human Resources Center of Excellence.

As an Executive Senior Partner, Brittney works with high level HR talent and leading employers throughout the US to form synergistic partnerships. She enjoys connecting with candidates to help them land their dream jobs while identifying the perfect individuals for each of her client’s opportunities. Pairing them together, she forms strategic relationships that yield success for both parties. By taking on a more consultative approach, Brittney’s true desire to make ideal matches built on skills sets and cultural fits ensures she guides her candidates and clients to positive, career-changing decisions.

As a winner of multiple President’s Clubs and Sales Trip qualifiers Brittney has become known as an expert in HR search for mid-size to Fortune 500 organizations in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Labor Relations and HR Business Partners/Generalist functions from Manager to C-Suite level. 

Brittney began her recruiting career in 2014 as a Corporate Sales Recruiter with Total Quality Logistics where she was one of the Top Performing Sales Recruiters in a very aggressive market. After two years, she moved on to Divisions Maintenance Group, where she built out the talent acquisition function from scratch and helped grow headcount by 50 percent in less than two years. With four years of experience as a corporate recruiter in the HR space, Brittney made the jump into the executive recruiting world in 2018.

Brittney spends her free time mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters and volunteering as a Wish Granter with the Make-A-Wish foundation. Brittney holds a B.B.A with a concentration in Management from Morehead State University.
