Brian started recruiting in 2015 and specialized in the contract and contract-to-hire space. He quickly grew to be a top producer in his branch at the time and eventually took on a lead position. This allowed him to work with new recruiters that joined the organization and assist them getting started within the field.

Since joining Lucas Group in 2021, Brian has been a crucial part of the team and is currently working with highly skilled IT professional, including Executive level leaders, to find their next position.

In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places, and playing a wide range of sports.
