Andrea Walsh helps our clients design and implement transformational talent strategies—focused in the areas of sustainability and ESG, including the changing landscape of purpose, leadership mindsets, operating models, required skills, culture, and governance. 

As Korn Ferry’s global ESG & Sustainability leader, she works closely with Boards, CEOs and other business leaders to design and implement action plans to help them achieve and show progress on environmental and social impact goals.

Andrea’s ability to combine analytics with strategy and consult on topics with both breadth and depth makes her unique as a trusted advisor.

Most recently, she led an engagement for a consumer organization to shape its ESG strategy and articulate an action plan to organize and activate its people to deliver on ESG objectives. This included performing a materiality assessment and defining organizational structure and a leadership framework with traits and behaviors that would allow the organization to make progress on its most material areas.

Andrea has over 23 years in human capital consulting expertise in various senior-level roles; she has served clients across many industries, including life sciences, oil and gas, utilities, consumer, professional services, health care, and technology.

Andrea has spoken at numerous conferences and published various articles about ESG, diversity, equity & inclusion, the changing nature of work, and overall attraction, retention, and engagement of the global workforce.

Andrea holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
