Mr. Low-Thue has worked with many clients in the greater China area, focusing on organization design, building effective grading structures, designing rewards mechanism, developing talent and leadership competencies, and assessing senior talents.

Throughout the years, Mr. Low-Thue has worked with different organization sizes ranging from small-medium enterprises to multinational corporations in various industries including airlines, chemical, manufacturing, non-profit organization and statutory bodies. By reviewing and redesigning their human resource strategies and business processes he has supported these organizations through different challenges including M&A, IPO, restructuring, rapidly growing business profile etc. 

Mr. Low-Thue is an expert in making the strategy a reality.  From clarifying strategy and policy and supporting it with remuneration policies, operating model, organization design; then further making it happen through organizational and leadership development, transformation program design and management, and cultural change and change management.

Mr. Low-Thue also has significant experience in job evaluation and rewards structure design, helping various organizations build grading structures and rewards mechanism that will fit their nature and business objectives.

Prior to being a professional consultant, Mr. Low-Thue gained practical experience as a general manager of a manufacturing company. He understands the challenges faced by the business and help form practical solutions with theories acquired from his master degree in human resource management and development.
