Alvin is a senior talent acquisition and people leader with more than twenty years of broad experience ranging from in-house recruitment functions to executive search business leadership roles across Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Alvin worked in the banking industry where he was responsible for managing senior executives hiring for the Group Tech & Ops organization.  Owing to the transformation in the banking industry, he was supporting the strategic investment agenda.

Alvin spent his earlier career with a global search firm and was a Founder of a boutique search firm in Singapore.

A graduate of Cass Business School, City University in London, Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Finance & Property Valuation.
