Alexander brings to his clients more than 20 years of leadership advisory and executive search experience.

He joins Korn Ferry from a global executive search and leadership advisory firm where he was the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice leader in EMEA.

Prior to this, Alexander worked for two international executive search firms as a core member of their technology practices.

He began his career as a strategy consultant with Gemini Consulting, (now Capgemini Invent), advising clients from across Europe on strategy and digital transformation projects.

His past client work includes numerous high-profile board, CEO, and senior executive appointments, as well as assessments, succession planning and advisory work in phases of critical leadership transitions.

Alexander has gained a wealth of international experience and has been a trusted partner to leading private, large public and private equity-backed companies. In addition to working across the converging Technology Industry, Alexander is a sought-after insider and advisor to key players in the telecommunications industry.

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Alexander also guides selected international senior executives through their professional careers and assists them in handling critical leadership situations.

Alexander holds a postgraduate degree in business administration and economics from the University in Cologne, Germany.
