Alex

Moll

Senior Advisor

As a seasoned advisor and executive to Private Equity clients, Alex brings an uncommon ability to orchestrate unique workshops, resulting in breakthroughs and accelerated competitive advantage. He does this by empowering clients with tailored advice based on in-depth expertise across the following domains: investment case evaluation, HR due diligence, corporate & growth strategy, M&A, leading practices in portfolio management, and blue-chip interim talent.

Previously, as a Senior Manager at a Big Four firm, he supported Private Equity clients by developing and advising on new, innovative methods to optimize value creation – from the use of Transformation Management Offices (TMOs) to rapid finance transformation assessments. Spanning a 20-year career, he’s overseen post-close value creation delivery workstreams for clients such as those incorporating organization design, change management, process design, growth strategy and the people side of M&A, resulting in higher IRR and CAGR than the investment thesis.

Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s degree in management from American University. For continual learning, he’s completed additional coursework at the Georgetown School of Business as well as at the Harvard Business School’s Executive Program, having recently completed coursework in negotiation and culture transformation.
