Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Alasdair was Senior Director, People Strategy for Amaala, an ultra-luxury hospitality giga project of the Saudi Sovereign Wealth Fund, PIF. 

He was previously held various senior corporate and consulting roles in the UK, US, and Middle East. These included several Global C&B roles at Transocean, Head of Executive Reward consulting for Hay Group Middle East, and Associate Partner in Aon’s UK Reward practice. 

Over the last two decades, Alasdair has worked with over 250+ organisations across 30+ different countries with reward-and performance-related advice.

His areas of expertise span executive compensation, incentive design, performance measurement for incentives, performance management and workforce reward strategy. Working pan-sector, Alasdair helps clients solve complex people strategy issues, with particular focus on the use of reward to help drive behavioral change and organisational results.

Alasdair has a BSc. (Hons.) in Psychology from the University of Bath and studied Corporate Finance at London Business School.
