He plays a pivotal role in the growth and vision of Salo—designing the groundbreaking processes behind Salo’s ability to match expert talent with organizations that need their help. During his 15-year career at Salo, he’s held various sales, sales leadership and operational leadership roles. This wholistic experience provides Adam with context and insights to ensure clients, talent, and internal teams all benefit working together to create truly meaningful experiences.

Bringing organizations and talent together effectively has always been part of Adam’s career. Before joining Salo, he managed HR/recruiting programs for organizations, including Ameriprise Financial, UnitedHealth Group, and Thrivent.

Adam resides in Savage, MN with his wife and three children. You can usually find him on a baseball field coaching or cheering on his son or the dance floor with his girls, especially during dads ‘n dolls season.
